Open position: Tender Office Assistant

Location: Milan (MI) - Italy

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Tender Office and will manage the process of participating in public and private tenders in the engineering and infrastructure sectors.

They will work in coordination with the company’s technical, legal, and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Main responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring tender platforms and identifying new opportunities.
  • Analyzing tenders and verifying participation requirements.
  • Drafting and preparing administrative and technical documentation.
  • Internal coordination with designers and the technical department for the preparation of bids, CVs, references and work plans.
  • Digital archiving of tenders and updating of the company database.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles at engineering firms, construction companies, or related entities
  • Excellent knowledge of the Public Contracts Code (D.Lgs. 36/2023) and sector regulations
  • Familiarity with the main e-procurement platforms (e.g., MePA, Sintel, Start, ANAS Portal, etc.)
  • Excellent command of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Accuracy and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a predisposition for teamwork.

Additional Requirements:

  • Degree in legal, economic, or technical disciplines
  • Experience in drafting technical offers and managing Temporary Business Associations (ATI/RTI)
  • Knowledge of the English language (level B2 or higher)
